Job summary
IPSY is seeking a VP of TPM to partner with the CTO and lead the centralized PMO for a high-growth e-commerce and subscription platform. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on program leadership, overseeing platform modernization, checkout, fulfillment, personalization, and subscription systems to drive reliability and scale.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 12+ years of technology leadership experience with 5+ years in a PMO.
- Experience in consumer-facing digital products, e-commerce, or subscription platforms preferred.
- Fluent in delivery mechanics, instrumentation, and engineering culture at scale.
Responsibilities
- Lead the centralized PMO function; define vision, operating model, and governance.
- Define and manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives across platform modernization, checkout/payments, fulfillment, personalization, and subscription systems.
- Build the operating framework to prioritize work, track milestones, and manage risks and budgets.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of project/program managers.
- Drive end-to-end execution of complex cross-functional programs and introduce best practices and tooling.
