Job summary

IPSY is seeking a VP, TPM to partner with the CTO and lead the centralized PMO across our technology organization. This hybrid role blends strategic planning with hands-on program management for a fast-growing e-commerce and subscription platform.

You will own a portfolio spanning platform modernization, checkout, fulfillment, personalization, and subscription systems, building the operating rhythm, governance, and metrics to move fast without breaking things.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 12+ years of technology leadership spanning strategy, program management, and digital operations.
• Experience in consumer-facing digital products, e-commerce, or subscription platforms.
• Fluent in delivery mechanics, instrumentation, and engineering culture; able to translate to an executive audience.
• Hands-on fluency with delivery tools: Jira, Confluence, Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com.

Responsibilities

• Drive annual planning, OKR alignment, and progress tracking across the technology organization.
• Lead the centralized PMO function; define vision, operating model, and governance.
• Define and manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives across platform modernization, checkout/payments, fulfillment, personalization, and subscriptions.
• Build the operating framework to prioritize work, track milestones, and manage budget.
• Lead a high-performing PMO team; establish standardized methodologies (Agile, hybrid, stage-gate).
• Drive end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional programs.
• Introduce best practices, tools, and technologies to enhance execution (Jira, Asana, Smartsheet).
