Job summary

IPSY is seeking a VP, TPM to lead the centralized PMO and drive strategic technology programs across a high-growth e-commerce platform. You will partner with the CTO, product, engineering, data, and operations to align roadmaps, governance, budgets, and delivery, spanning platform modernization, checkout and payments, fulfillment, personalization, and subscription systems at scale.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
12+ years of technology leadership spanning strategy, program management, and digital operations.
5+ years of PMO leadership and experience supporting executive leaders.
Experience in consumer-facing digital products, e-commerce, or subscription platforms.
Fluent understanding of delivery mechanics, instrumentation, and engineering culture.

Responsibilities

Lead the centralized PMO function; define vision, operating model, and governance.
Define and manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives spanning platform modernization, checkout/payments, fulfillment, personalization, and subscription systems.
Build an operating framework to prioritize work, track milestones, and manage budget and risk.
Lead a high-performing team of PMOs and establish standardized methodologies (Agile, hybrid, stage-gate).
Drive end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional programs and introduce best practices and tools.
