Job summary

Duck Creek Technologies seeks a visionary Vice President, Solution Consulting & Value Engineering, to lead global strategy, development, and execution across pre-sales and value engineering. You will partner with Sales leadership to sharpen messaging and improve win rates while guiding high-performing, cross-functional teams.

You will shape deployment of the Value Practice, ROI tooling, and training programs to drive measurable customer value and scalable growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in senior leadership roles within Solution Consulting/Value Engineering.
• Strong understanding of Property & Casualty insurance and digital transformation.
• Track record of scaling Sales and Pre-Sales teams in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global Solution Consulting & Value Engineering strategy.
• Lead and develop high-performing Solution Consulting, Value Engineering, and Proposal teams.
• Drive operational excellence with standardized demonstrations, reporting, and ROI-based value messaging.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to improve win rates and sales productivity.
• Oversee RFX/Proposal processes and ensure alignment with best practices.
