Job summary

Duck Creek Technologies is seeking a Vice President, Solution Consulting & Value Engineering to lead global Strategy, Development, and Execution of Solution Consulting and Value Engineering functions. You will partner with Sales Leadership to demonstrate business value and improve pre-sales processes.

In this highly visible role, you will guide the organization, develop high-performing teams, and influence go-to-market strategy while delivering measurable value to customers across North America

Qualifications

• Proven track record in Solution Consulting or Value Engineering at senior/VP level.
• Strong understanding of P&C insurance and digital transformation.
• Experience influencing executive leadership and organizational direction.
• Experience scaling Sales, Pre-Sales, and Solution Consulting teams in a SaaS environment.
• Experience in P&C consulting, value selling, or corporate strategy and transformation.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global Solution Consulting & Value Engineering strategy.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to improve sales effectiveness and win rates.
• Lead and coach Solution Consulting, Value Engineering, and Proposal Management teams.
• Match SMEs to strategic sales opportunities and drive cross-training across Solutions.
• Refine demonstration messaging and establish best practices for the organization.
• Automate reporting and metrics to support leadership decisions.
