This senior role requires proven SaaS and P&C expertise, executive communication skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives across North America.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in Solution Consulting, Value Engineering, or implementing enterprise software at senior levels.
• Experience influencing executive leadership and organizational strategy.
• Strong leadership of Sales, Pre-Sales, and Solution Consulting teams in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global Solution Consulting & Value Engineering strategy.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to improve sales effectiveness and win rates.
• Oversee the Value Practice and ROI calculator adoption across regions.
• Lead and develop high-performing Solution Consulting, Value Engineering, and Proposal teams.
• Automate reporting and drive operational excellence across North America.
