Job summary

Duck Creek Technologies is seeking a Vice President, Solution Consulting & Value Engineering to lead global Strategy, development, and execution of Solution Consulting and Value Engineering. You will partner with Sales Leadership to improve effectiveness, drive ROI messaging, and build world-class customer engagements across a remote, global team.

As a senior leader, you will shape go-to-market strategy, foster high-performing teams, and drive operational excellence with a focus on P&C insurance

Qualifications

Proven track record in Solution Consulting, Value Engineering, or implementing enterprise software solutions at senior levels.
Experience scaling Sales, Pre-Sales, and Solution Consulting teams in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Strong understanding of Property & Casualty insurance products and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the global Solution Consulting & Value Engineering strategy.
Lead and develop high-performing Solution Consulting, Value Engineering, and Proposal Management teams.
Refine demonstration messaging and ROI calculator adoption across customer engagements.
Automate reporting and performance metrics for leadership decision-making.
