Job summary

Duck Creek Technologies is seeking a Vice President, Solution Consulting & Value Engineering to lead global teams and shape the pre-sales strategy. You will work with Sales leadership and executives to articulate business value and strengthen our ROI-driven approach.

The role offers visibility across North America, with responsibility for demonstration messaging, process efficiency, and the development of Certification programs for Sales and Pre-Sales teams.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in Solution Consulting, Value Engineering, or enterprise software leadership.
• Strong understanding of Property & Casualty insurance products and digital transformation.
• Experience influencing executive leadership and organizational direction.
• Demonstrated success scaling Sales, Pre-Sales, and Solution Consulting teams in a SaaS environment.
• Significant experience in P&C consulting or value selling.
• Excellent executive communication, coaching, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global Solution Consulting & Value Engineering strategy.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to improve effectiveness and win rates.
• Develop the Value Practice strategy and ROI calculator adoption.
• Lead and coach global teams across Sales, Pre-Sales, and Solution Consulting.
• Drive cross-training and certification programs for Sales and Pre-Sales.
