Job summary
Duck Creek Technologies is seeking a Vice President, Solution Consulting & Value Engineering to lead global strategy, development, and execution of the Solution Consulting and Value Engineering functions. You will partner with Sales leadership to strengthen messaging, demonstrate business value, and drive organizational excellence.
You will guide high‑performing teams across Solution Consulting, Value Engineering, and Proposal Management, shaping go‑to‑market strategy and championing
Qualifications
- 7+ years in a senior leadership role in Solution Consulting or Value Engineering.
- Strong understanding of Property & Casualty insurance products.
- Experience scaling Sales, Pre-Sales, and Solution Consulting teams in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the global Solution Consulting & Value Engineering strategy.
- Partner with Sales Leadership to improve sales effectiveness, increase productivity, and maximise win rates.
- Lead high-performing Solution Consulting, Value Engineering, and Proposal Management teams.
- Drive cross-training and certification programs for Sales and Pre-Sales teams.
- Foster accountability and operational excellence across the organization.
- Automate reporting and performance metrics for leadership decision-making.
