Job summary

IPSY is seeking a VP, TPM to partner with the CTO and lead the centralized PMO across our technology organization. This hybrid role blends strategic oversight with hands-on program delivery for a high-growth e-commerce platform.

The successful candidate will own a portfolio of initiatives including platform modernization, checkout, fulfillment, personalization, and subscription systems, building governance, metrics, and an operating rhythm that scales with the business.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of technology leadership experience spanning strategy, program management, and digital operations.
• 5+ years in a PMO role with proven delivery across large, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience in consumer-facing digital products, ecommerce, or subscription platforms.
• Delivery mechanics and instrumentation fluency, able to translate concepts across the org.
• PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead centralized PMO function and define its vision, operating model, and governance.
• Manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives including platform modernization and payments.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of PMs; implement standardized methodologies.
• Drive end-to-end execution of complex cross-functional programs.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to strengthen Agile practices and delivery predictability.
• Own Digital Operations readiness and site-event reliability metrics.
