StackAdapt is seeking a senior leader to oversee Eastern US client services, managing a 50+ team of account leads and managers. You will drive revenue growth, optimize service delivery, and raise the bar on client partnerships across agencies and brands.

You will report to the Head of Americas Client Services and lead a remote-first team in a dynamic martech environment, with compensation aligned to market rates and performance outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading quota-carrying account management teams.
• Track record of delivering world-class client experiences.
• Strong knowledge of advertising and martech industries.
• Deep data acumen with spreadsheet and systems proficiency.
• Ability to influence and build high-performance culture.
