StackAdapt, a remote-first technology company, seeks a Senior leader to direct client services across the Eastern US. You will manage 50+ account leads and managers to deliver revenue through outstanding client experiences and strategic partnerships with agencies and brands.

Your decisions will align resources, drive growth, and improve service rigor. The role emphasizes leadership, advertising/martech expertise, and a strong data-driven approach to guide product adoption and client success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large teams of account leads/managers.
• Track record of hitting revenue targets as a leader.
• Strong focus on client experience and product adoption.
• Depth of knowledge in advertising, martech, and market landscape.

Responsibilities

• Inspire clients to set ambitious priorities and deepen partnerships with StackAdapt.
• Lead 50+ account leads and managers to deliver revenue through excellent client experiences.
• Define and refine our service motion to unlock growth and improve operations.
• Drive opportunities to improve cross-functional collaboration and overall company goals.
• Establish high standards and accountability to meet revenue targets with AE stakeholders.
• Foster a high-performance, supportive culture within the Global Client Services team.
