StackAdapt is seeking a visionary RVP, Client Services for the Eastern US. The role leads a quota-carrying, 50+ strong account-management team to drive revenue, client satisfaction, and partnerships across agencies and brands in a remote-first setup.

You will shape service motions, align resources, and push for growth while maintaining a culture of high performance and integrity. Based in Eastern Time Zone states, preferably in major markets.

Responsibilities

• Act as a thought leader to inspire clients and deepen partnerships.
• Lead 50+ account leads and account managers to drive revenue through exceptional experiences.
• Refine service motion and align resources to unlock client growth while increasing rigor.
• Drive client satisfaction, product adoption, and opportunities for program improvements.
• Improve cross-functional collaboration to achieve company goals and client success.
• Establish high standards and accountability to meet or exceed revenue targets with AE stakeholders.
• Foster a high-performance, supportive culture across the global Client Services team.
