You will shape our service strategy, unlock growth across agencies and brands, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes for thousands of campaigns. A strong data mindset and industry know-how are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large teams of account managers.
• Experience in quota-carrying roles with revenue targets.
• Strong client-facing and leadership capabilities in adtech/martech.
• Deep data acumen and ability to translate insights into actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead 50+ account leads and account managers to deliver revenue.
• Define and expand service motion and align resources for client growth.
• Obsess over client satisfaction and product adoption to identify opportunities.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to meet company goals and client success.
• Maintain high standards and accountability to achieve revenue targets.
