Job summary

StackAdapt Inc. is seeking a visionary RVP of Client Services to lead Eastern US account management for thousands of brands. You will manage 50+ account leads and managers, drive revenue, and partner with agencies and brands to achieve ambitious growth.

This remote-first role reports to the Head of Americas Client Services and can be based in Eastern Time Zone markets. You will influence service strategy, ensure client satisfaction, and foster a culture of accountability and high performance

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership of large teams with managers as direct reports.
• Proven track record in hitting and exceeding revenue targets as a leader.

Responsibilities

• Inspire clients to set ambitious priorities and deepen partnerships with StackAdapt.
• Lead 50+ account leads and managers to drive revenue through exceptional client experiences.
• Define and expand service motion, align resources to unlock client growth while improving rigor.
• Drive client satisfaction and product adoption to uncover growth opportunities.
• Improve cross-functional collaboration to support company goals and client success.
• Build a high-standards culture and exceed revenue targets with AE stakeholders.
• Foster a high-performance, supportive culture across the global Client Services team.
