Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted licensure in any US state/district.
• Minimum two years of medically-relevant experience or equivalent.
• Effective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with information management and technology; ability to collaborate with colleagues.
• Optional multilingual ability (Spanish) depending on market.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, evidence-based care for patients aged 18 months and older.
• Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage health problems via remote care platform.
• Educate patients on pregnancy prevention, STI prevention, and contraception.
• Document care in EHR per MinuteClinic policies.
• Coordinate care with internal and external colleagues across care teams.
• Work within a patient care team and advocate for patients and practice.
