Job summary

CVS Health's Minute Clinic Virtual Care team seeks a Family Nurse Practitioner for a 6-month PRN contract. This remote role serves patients 18 months and older via telehealth, requiring at least 20 hours weekly, including some weekends, with licensure in any US state.

Strong independence and collaboration skills needed. You will assess, diagnose, treat and manage conditions, provide counseling on contraception and STI prevention, and document every visit in the EHR.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted U.S. license required.
• Minimum two years clinically relevant experience.
• Effective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
• Proficient with information management and technology.

Responsibilities

• Deliver holistic, evidence-based care to patients aged 18 months and up.
• Evaluate primary and chronic care patients and provide health education.
• Counsel on contraception and STI prevention and safer sex practices.
• Document all care in the EHR per Minute Clinic policies.
• Coordinate care with internal and external colleagues and care teams.
• Work independently and take initiative in a remote setting.
