Job summary

CVS Health Minute Clinic Virtual Care Nurse Practitioner (Provider) delivers patient care via a remote technology platform. You will join a dedicated team to independently provide holistic, evidence-based care for patients 18 months and older.

Requires active, unrestricted US licensure, at least two years of medically-relevant experience, and ability to work remotely with a team. 20+ hours per week, some weekends; 6-month PRN contract; salary range $37.66–$108.15 per hour; benefits include

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted US license required
• Minimum of two years medically-relevant experience
• Effective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills
• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Initiative, problem solving ability, adaptability and flexibility
• Ability to work without direct supervision and practice autonomously
• Proficiency with information management and technology
• Capacity to collaborate with professional colleagues as necessary to provide quality care
• Spanish language proficiency may be required depending on market

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, evidence-based care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and counseling
• Evaluate patients aged 18 months and older across primary, acute, chronic care
• Provide pregnancy prevention and STI counseling and medication management
• Educate patients on health maintenance and respond to inquiries
• Document all patient care in an EHR per MinuteClinic policies
• Coordinate care with internal and external colleagues to ensure high quality care
• Work within a patient care team to deliver high-standard care
