CVS Health is seeking a Minute Clinic Virtual Care Nurse Practitioner (Provider) for a 6-month PRN contract. Ideal candidates will have 20+ hours per week, including some weekends, and hold an active unrestricted NP license in the US.

You will deliver holistic, evidence-based care remotely to patients aged 18 months and older, collaborate with a care team, document in the EHR, and help advance accessible, quality health services.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted licensure in any US state.
• Minimum of two years of medically-relevant experience.
• Proficient with information management and technology.
• Ability to collaborate with professional colleagues to provide quality care.
• Bilingual in Spanish may be required depending on market.

Aufgaben

• Provide holistic, evidence-based care for patients 18 months and older.
• Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage health problems.
• Counsel on pregnancy prevention, STI prevention and safer sex practices.
• Document all patient care in an EHR per MinuteClinic policies.
• Coordinate care with internal and external teammates to ensure high quality care.
• Work independently within a remote care team and advocate for patients.
