CVS Health's Minute Clinic Virtual Care Nurse Practitioner delivers comprehensive, evidence-based care remotely for patients aged 18 months and older. You will assess, diagnose, treat, and manage health issues, while educating patients on preventive care including pregnancy prevention and STI prevention.

The role requires remote work with a schedule of 40 hours per week, including alternating weekend shifts, and licensure in specified states. Strong collaboration within care teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires current, unrestricted NP license in one of listed states.
• Minimum of two years of medically-relevant experience or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Initiative, problem solving, adaptability and flexibility.
• Ability to work autonomously without direct supervision.
• Proficient with information management and technology.
• Ability to collaborate with professional colleagues to provide quality care.
• Language skills may include Spanish in some markets.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, evidence-based care via remote platform for patients 18 months and older.
• Assess, diagnose, treat and manage health problems; include pregnancy prevention and STI prevention counseling.
• Educate patients on health maintenance and safe sex practices.
• Document all patient care in the EHR per clinic policies.
• Coordinate care with internal and external colleagues to ensure high-quality care.
