Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner to join the Minute Clinic Virtual Care team on a 6-month PRN contract. This remote role requires 20+ hours per week, with some weekend availability, and independent practice in a patient-centered care model.

You will deliver holistic, evidence-based care to patients aged 18 months and older via a remote technology platform, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, document in the EHR, and ensure high-quality outcomes across care

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Family Nurse Practitioner required.
• Current National Board Certification required.
• Active, unrestricted APRN license in state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, evidence-based care for patients aged 18 months and older.
• Deliver care via remote technology platform and coordinate with care team.
• Document all patient care in an EHR per policy.
• Educate and counsel patients on health maintenance and preventive care.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other team members.
