The Bowen Group is hiring for a 100% virtual Customer Service Representative position supporting the Veterans Experience Office’s Contact Center. You will assist Veterans by directing them to appropriate resources while maintaining empathy and professionalism.

Training is extensive and conducted online, with shifts around a 24/7 operation. This role requires a wired home internet connection, US citizenship or GC, and the ability to work in a high-volume, emotionally demanding environment.

Qualifications

• MUST have six (6) months of consecutive call center or contact center experience.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or a Green Card Holder having lived in the USA for three years prior to hire.

Responsabilités

• Provide front-line operational support to Veterans in the Veterans Experience Office’s premier Contact Center.
• Direct Veterans to proper resources to address questions, issues, and complaints.
• Record details of calls and service requests accurately in a CRM.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with VA employees, outside agencies, and the public.
