Job summary

The Bowen Group is hiring experienced online call center customer service representatives to support the Veterans Experience Office at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

This is a 100% virtual position; you must reside within 60-minute driving distance to a VA Medical Center facility for training visits and equipment pick-up. Full-time position at $17.75 per hour plus benefits and 11 paid federal holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have six (6) months of consecutive call center or contact center experience.
• Must have a reliable high‑speed internet connection (25 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up) and a wired home setup.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder with eligibility to work in the United States and have REAL ID-compliant ID.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line operational support to Veterans for the VA's Veterans Experience Office.
• Direct callers to appropriate VA resources and document interactions in real time.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with VA staff, partners, and the public.
• Navigate multi-screen CRM systems to manage service requests and maintain data confidentiality.
