Job summary

The Bowen Group is hiring experienced online call center customer service representatives to support the Veterans Experience Office at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. This is a 100% virtual role with training on-site and periodic facility visits in designated locations.

Employees will handle front-line inquiries, document interactions, and connect Veterans to the right resources. Training is provided, and there are growth opportunities into supervisory roles within a dedicated federal

Qualifications

• MUST have six (6) months of consecutive call center or contact center experience.
• Internet must meet speeds: minimum 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
• VA-issued computer provided after orientation training.

Responsibilities

• Learn, understand and explain VA services and procedures.
• Ask clarifying questions to identify complex requests for VA services.
• Accurately record details of calls in a timely manner.
• Route Veterans to appropriate VA resources and services.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of callers.
