GTSC is hiring experienced online call center customer service representatives to support the Veterans Experience Office at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

This is a 100% virtual position with the requirement to be within a 60‑minute drive of a VA facility for training and occasional visits. You will help Veterans by guiding them to the right resources, not solving every problem yourself, and you will be trained thoroughly.

Qualificações

• MUST have six (6) months of consecutive call center or contact center experience.
• Your computer must direct-connect via cable into your wired home High-Speed Internet router with minimum 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
• Must be prepared for full training; equipment provided after training.
• Wi‑Fi internet is not acceptable due to stability requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Learn, understand and explain VA services and procedures.
• Ask clarifying questions to identify complex or vague requests for VA services and information.
• Accurately record details of calls and other service requests in a timely manner.
• Select appropriate VA services to meet the specific needs of Veterans.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with VA employees and the public.
• Use and navigate CRM applications to manage cases.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of callers.
