Job summary

The Bowen Group is seeking experienced online call center customer service representatives to support the Veterans Experience Office at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. This 100% remote, full‑time position requires you to work from a home office within driving distance to a VA facility for training and equipment pickup.

You will help Veterans by directing them to the right resources with empathy and clear communication. Extensive training is provided.

Qualifications

• Six months of consecutive call center or contact center experience.
• Reliable high‑speed internet: minimum 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
• REAL ID‑compliant ID or acceptable alternative to enter federal facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line operational support to Veterans through the Veterans Experience Office Contact Center.
• Direct Veterans to appropriate resources to address questions, issues, and complaints.
• Accurately record details of calls in a timely manner.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with VA employees and the public.
