Job summary

The Bowen Group, a GTSC company, is hiring experienced online call center customer service representatives to support the Veterans Experience Office at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

This 100% virtual position requires you to reside within 60-minute driving distance to a VA Medical Center and participate in extensive training. You will work 24/7 shift schedules, with the goal of connecting Veterans to the right resources and documenting interactions accurately.

Qualifications

• Six months of consecutive call center or contact center experience.
• Must have REAL ID-compliant ID card or acceptable alternative to enter federal facility.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line operational support to Veterans for the Veterans Experience Office's premier Contact Center.
• Direct callers to proper resources to address questions, issues, and complaints.
• Record details of calls in CRM and maintain confidentiality.
