Job summary

The Bowen Group, a GTSC company, is hiring experienced online call center customer service representatives to support the Veterans Experience Office at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

This is a 100% virtual role with a requirement to reside within 60 minutes of specified VA facilities and to possess a REAL ID-compliant ID to enter federal locations. You will assist Veterans by directing them to VA resources, document calls in a CRM, and engage with callers with empathy.

Qualifications

• Must have six (6) months of consecutive call center or contact center experience.
• Requires high-speed home internet: min 25 Mbps down, 10 Mbps up.
• Orientation training includes VA-provided equipment.
• Must maintain schedules and attend training.
• Must be U.S. citizen or Green Card holder with eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Learn VA services and explain procedures.
• Ask clarifying questions to identify needs.
• Record call details in CRM within required timeframes.
• Route veterans to appropriate VA services.
• Maintain communication with VA employees and the public.
• Navigate multi-screen CRM and protect privacy.
