Job summary

Sharecare's CareLinx unit seeks a compassionate Care Advisor to support Veterans programs, coordinating non-medical in-home respite and care services. You will guide Veterans and families through caregiver search, interview, and hire while ensuring authorized hours and program rules are met.

You’ll serve as a trusted link between Veterans, their caregivers, and VA partners, delivering ongoing support for continuity of care and outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Military experience is a plus but not required.
• Some college coursework preferred.
• At least one year in a productivity-based customer service or call center role.
• Previous healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide members on the caregiver search journey with strong communication in a call center.
• Provide ongoing support after caregiver hire to ensure satisfaction.
• Document accurate notes of all family and caregiver interactions in the EHR.
• Collaborate professionally with team members and other CareLinx teams.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication via phone, email, and text.
