Job summary

Sharecare's CareLinx program is seeking a compassionate Care Advisor to support Veteran programs by coordinating non-medical in-home respite and supportive care services. You will guide Veterans and families through caregiver search, interview, and hire processes to ensure care hours align with program requirements.

You will act as a trusted liaison among Veterans, families, and VA clinicians and administrators, providing ongoing support to promote continuity of care and positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Military experience is a plus but not required.
• Some college coursework is preferred.
• 1+ year in a productivity-based customer service or call center role, or 2+ years in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Guide members through the caregiver search and interview process in a call center setting.
• Provide ongoing support after caregiver hire to maintain relationships and satisfaction.
• Document accurate notes of family and caregiver interactions in CareLinx’s EHR system.
• Collaborate with team members and other CareLinx teams.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication via phone, email, and text.
