Job summary

CareLinx by Sharecare is recruiting a Care Advisor to assist Veterans and families with coordinating non-medical, in-home respite and supportive care services. You will coordinate caregiver search, interview, and hire, ensuring alignment with program requirements and authorized care hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college coursework preferred.
• Military experience is a plus but not required.
• At least one year in a productivity-based customer service role or call center.

Responsibilities

• Guide members on the caregiver search journey through relationship building in a call center.
• Provide ongoing post-hire support to maintain family–caregiver relationships.
• Document accurate notes of interactions in CareLinx’s EHR system.
• Collaborate with team members across CareLinx.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication via phone, email, and text.
