Job summary

Sharecare's CareLinx division is seeking a compassionate Care Advisor to support Veterans programs. You will coordinate non-medical, in-home respite and supportive care services for Veterans and their families.

You will guide families through caregiver search, interviews, and hires, ensuring alignment with authorized hours. You will provide ongoing support to promote continuity of care and successful outcomes in a fast-paced call center environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Military experience is a plus but not required.
• Some college-level coursework preferred.
• At least one year of experience in a productivity based customer service role, or a minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service environment.
• Previous healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide members on the caregiver search journey through relationship building and exceptional communication in a call center environment.
• Provide ongoing support after caregiver hire to maintain relationships and satisfaction.
• Document accurate notes of all family and caregiver interactions in CareLinx’s EHR system.
• Work collaboratively with team members and teams within CareLinx.
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication via phone, email, and text.
