Job summary

Sharecare's CareLinx by Sharecare is seeking a compassionate Care Advisor to support Veterans programs. You will work remotely with Veterans and families to coordinate non-medical, in-home respite and supportive care services, ensuring alignment with authorized hours and program requirements.

You will guide the caregiver search, interview, and hire process, provide ongoing support to promote continuity of care, and maintain accurate documentation in CareLinx's EHR.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Some college coursework preferred.
• 1 year of productivity-based customer service or 2 years in a customer service role.

Responsibilities

• Guide members through the caregiver search with strong communication in a call center setting.
• Provide ongoing post-hire support to maintain family–caregiver relationships and satisfaction.
• Document accurate notes of family and caregiver interactions in CareLinx’s EHR system.
• Collaborate professionally with team members and other departments.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication via phone, email, and text.
