Job summary

Sharecare’s CareLinx unit is seeking a compassionate Care Advisor to support Veterans programs. You will coordinate non-medical, in-home respite and supportive care, guiding Veterans and families through caregiver search, interview, and hire processes, ensuring alignment with approved care hours and program rules.

You’ll act as a trusted liaison among Veterans, caregivers, and VA partners, delivering ongoing support to promote continuity of care, satisfaction, and successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Military experience is a plus but not required.
• Some college coursework preferred.
• At least one year of experience in a productivity-based customer service role, or a minimum of 2 years in a customer service environment.
• Previous healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide members on the caregiver search journey through relation­ship building and exceptional communication in a call center environment.
• Provide ongoing support after the caregiver hire to maintain the relationship with the family and caregiver and ensure overall satisfaction.
• Document accurate and complete notes of all family and caregiver interactions in CareLinx’s EHR system.
• Work collaboratively and professionally with other team members and teams within CareLinx.
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills via phone, email, and text.
