Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries about Veterans CareerBridge and related programs.
• Conduct phone screens and intake conversations.
• Assist participants through enrollment and document submission.
• Maintain accurate participant records in TalentBase systems.
• Support outreach activities and events with leadership and staff.
• Communicate professionally to engage participants and maintain confidentiality.
