Gallagher Security is seeking a Business Development Manager - Perimeter to drive growth of perimeter security solutions across the Americas, with a primary focus on the U.S. market.

This remote, USA-based role offers the chance to work with a global brand protecting critical sites. You will hunt for new end-user opportunities, build pipelines and own the full sales cycle from initial conversations to proposal and close.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' B2B perimeter security sales experience with a track record of winning net-new business.
• Confidence owning the full sales cycle and building your own pipeline.
• Solid knowledge of perimeter and physical security technologies.
• Experience with electric pulse fencing, channel partners or integrators.
• Strong relationship skills from site managers to executives.
• Self-motivated with flexibility to travel frequently (up to three times a month) within the USA.

Responsabilités

• Find and win new end-user customers across a wide range of sites (logistics hubs, utilities, government sites).
• Build and manage your own pipeline through proactive prospecting, site visits, networking and industry events.
• Own the full sales cycle—from first conversation to proposal, negotiation and close.
• Build strong relationships with end users, consultants, integrators and fencing specialists, getting Gallagher involved early.
• Partner with sales, channel and technical teams to design solutions that meet customer security needs and inform growth plans.
