Job summary

Hästens is seeking an Outside Sales Executive to expand our US presence by identifying new business opportunities, building strong retail partnerships, and driving sales growth. You will own your territory, develop a deep pipeline, and travel across your region to meet prospects face-to-face, close high-value deals, and contribute to Hästens' continued growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales or business development.
• Proven top 10% performer in prior roles.
• Willingness to travel approximately four days per week.
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close high-value accounts independently.
• Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing.
• Master your territory by spending time in the field and meeting prospects face-to-face.
• Take full ownership of your pipeline and consistently drive new business growth.
