Job summary

Hästens is seeking an Outside Sales Executive to expand its presence across the US by identifying new business opportunities, building partnerships, and driving sales growth. The role is high-performance and hunter-focused, demanding ownership of the territory, pipeline, and results.

You will travel around four days a week, meeting prospective partners and expanding Hästens' luxury retail network, while delivering exceptional customer value and closing high-value deals.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development or outside sales with a track record of exceeding targets.
• Ranked in the top 10% of sales force over a 12-month period.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory (approximately four days per week).
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License (Class D/C).

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close high-value accounts independently.
• Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing.
• Master your territory by spending time in the field and meeting prospects face-to-face.
• Take full ownership of your pipeline and consistently drive new business growth.
