Job summary

Hästens is seeking an Outside Sales Executive to expand its US presence by identifying new business opportunities and building strong retail partnerships. This high-performance hunter role requires resilience and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

You will spend significant time in the field, traveling across your territory to meet prospects and close deals, while owning your pipeline and driving continuous growth for one of the world’s most prestigious luxury brands.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, outside sales, or a similar sales role.
• Proven track record of ranking within the top 10% of your previous sales force over 12 months.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout your territory (approximately four days per week).
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
• A valid U.S. Driver's License (Class D/C).

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close high-value accounts independently.
• Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing.
• Master your territory by spending time in the field and meeting prospects face-to-face.
• Take full ownership of your pipeline and consistently drive new business growth.
