RecruitMyMom is seeking a Financial Services Business Development Lead to drive the US expansion as a remote, part-time contractor. You will perform direct outreach, cold calling, and executive prospecting to secure engagements with senior leaders in US financial institutions.

You'll operate autonomously, manage your own schedule, and collaborate across time zones. The role focuses on outbound business development, market-entry activities, and building trusted relationships with C-suite

Qualificações

• Proven track record in outbound business development, cold outreach, or executive search/advisory sales.
• Exposure to executive search, fractional leadership recruitment, or regulated financial services - beneficial.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication with executive-ready presence.
• Demonstrated ability to open doors and engage with C-suite and senior leaders.
• Autonomous, independent contractor working US/UK hours.

Responsabilidades

• Research to generate target lists and contribute to market targeting.
• Execute targeted cold outreach and outbound calling campaigns to secure senior client engagements in the US.
• Establish, nurture, and maintain high-trust relationships with C-level executives.
• Drive market entry strategy and qualify opportunities independently.
• Manage schedule as an independent contractor and meet timelines.
