Job summary

IDEX is seeking a regional sales professional to accelerate growth in North America, combining direct new business development with strong account management. The role emphasizes powder handling know-how, collaboration with agents, and maintaining robust client relations.

The successful candidate will travel regularly, work remotely from Texas or nearby states, and support the North America HQ with accurate forecasting and market intelligence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing and/or Engineering.
• Extensive experience in industry field sales, ideally capital goods equipment.
• Knowledge of powder handling and powder processing theory; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop new sales opportunities and manage accounts.
• Identify industry trends and form partnerships.
• Coordinate customer site visits, demonstrations and proposals.
• Forecast sales accurately and support marketing.
