IDEX is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the United States Midwest region. You will drive direct sales, manage key accounts, and develop new business through targeted outreach, demonstrations, and collaborations with internal teams.

Ideal candidates have extensive field sales experience, knowledge of powder handling, and strong forecasting abilities. This remote-based role requires significant travel to customer sites and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing and/or Engineering.
• Extensive experience in industry field sales, preferably capital goods equipment.
• Knowledge of powder handling and powder processing theory is important.

Responsabilités

• Identify industry, consumer and competitive trends and form strategic action plans.
• Develop new sales opportunities through leads, outreach and events.
• Manage key accounts, retain clients and grow revenue through upselling.
• Qualify opportunities using established criteria and respond to inquiries.
• Coordinate site visits, demonstrations and user requirement specifications with customers.
• Follow up proposals, negotiate and close orders with non-standard terms when needed.
• Provide accurate monthly/quarterly forecasts and collaborate with marketing for campaigns.
• Maintain CRM data daily and support reporting for reviews.
