Job summary

IDEX is hiring for a remote-based Regional Sales role focused on accelerating growth across the Upper Midwest region. You will drive direct sales, manage key accounts and coordinate demonstrations, trials and close orders with precise forecasting.

A strong background in powder handling and processing, plus field sales experience, is required. The position offers extensive travel, a competitive compensation package including a performance bonus, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Extensive field sales experience in capital goods or related industries.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify industry trends and develop strategic plans aligned with growth
• Develop new sales opportunities via direct outreach, events and networking
• Manage key accounts and expand revenue through upsell and cross-sell
• Coordinate site visits, demonstrations and trials with customers
• Prepare proposals, follow up and close orders with compliant terms
• Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM data (Dynamics)
