IDEX Corporation is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to oversee and grow a network of distribution partners across the Midwest. You will drive revenue,Manage territory and product offerings, set pricing in collaboration with partners and partcipate in cross-functional teams to meet business goals.

Key duties include maintaining relationships with key customers, forecasting territory performance, and supporting distributor performance plans while traveling up to half the time.

Formación

• A college degree and a minimum of five years of experience in industrial field sales.

Responsabilidades

• Meets or exceeds territory sales revenue forecast as established by the RSM, Sales Director and Business Unit Leader.
• Make sales calls with/without distributor sales and builds relationships with key customers in the territory.
• Manage project activity in the territory, including product offering, pricing levels and sales strategy; use Sales Portal for lead management.
• Make recommendations for new distributors for the territory.
• Collaborate with distributor management to complete annual performance appraisals and business plans.
• Develop strategies for growth and increase market share; support field training and promotions.
• Travel as required, including 50% overnight stays.
• Continually develop personal sales skills via self-study resources.
