Job summary

IDEX is seeking a high-performing sales professional to accelerate growth in the Upper Midwest region. The role combines new business development with strategic management of key accounts, leveraging market intelligence and strong product knowledge in powder handling.

You will coordinate customer demos, respond to inquiries, and help shape proposals while maintaining accurate forecasts. Remote based with extensive travel to customer sites, exhibitions and the Canadian site as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive field sales experience in capital goods equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of powder handling and powder processing theory is important.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop new sales opportunities and manage key accounts to grow revenue.
• Coordinate customer visits, demos and trials at customer sites.
• Forecast sales and provide accurate monthly/quarterly projections.
• Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns and lead generation.
