Job summary

IDEXX is seeking a Senior National Account Manager to own strategic relationships with key partners, including senior and C-level stakeholders. You will lead strategic plans, business reviews, and growth opportunities, turning data and market insights into actionable programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years in managing complex national accounts.
• Track record with senior/C-level stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic relationships with multiple manufacturer partners and leaders.
• Develop and lead strategic account plans and business reviews.
• Translate data and insights into actionable recommendations.
• Lead manufacturer offers, promotions and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on commitments.
• Manage escalations, risks, and timelines.
• Support contract discussions, renewals, RFPs/RFIs.
• Coach and mentor other National Account Managers.
