Job summary

Sawmilldcllc is seeking a Remote Client Support Representative to assist travelers throughout their journeys. This fully remote role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to work independently while handling inquiries, changes, and special requests.

You will be the main contact before, during, and after trips to ensure a smooth experience. The ideal candidate brings experience in customer service, a passion for travel, and comfort with learning new systems and booking

Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Customer service experience in travel, hospitality, or support is preferred.
Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
Able to work independently in a fully remote role.

Responsibilities

Support clients remotely via email, phone, and messaging platforms.
Respond to travel-related inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
Assist with itinerary changes, cancellations, updates, and special requests.
Provide clear information on destinations, travel requirements, and agency processes.
Monitor upcoming trips and proactively communicate with clients as needed.
