You will manage leads, prepare quotes, coordinate communications, and maintain accurate records across multiple platforms, helping the team deliver high-quality, personalized travel experiences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare travel quotes, itineraries, and reservation summaries using approved travel tools.
• Coordinate communication between clients, travel suppliers, and internal team members.
• Track bookings, payments, deadlines, and outstanding client requests.
