Job summary

Unique Escapes, a growing travel brand, is seeking a Business Sales Operations Coordinator to support daily sales operations, client campaigns, and booking administration in a fully remote role.

You will manage leads, maintain client records, prepare quotes and itineraries, coordinate with clients, suppliers and internal teams, track bookings and deadlines, and help optimize workflows to drive business growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication required.
• Excellent organization, time management and attention to detail.
• Comfortable learning web-based travel, CRM, and booking tools.
• Remote work setup with reliable internet and dedicated workspace.
• Experience in customer service, admin, sales support or travel helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales process by managing leads, inquiries, and follow-up communications.
• Maintain accurate client records, booking details, and sales documentation.
• Prepare travel quotes, itineraries, and reservation summaries using approved travel tools.
• Coordinate communication between clients, travel suppliers, and internal team members.
• Track bookings, payments, deadlines, and outstanding client requests.
• Create and maintain organized spreadsheets, reports, and SOPs.
• Assist with email marketing, social media content, and client follow-up.
• Research destinations, hotels, cruises, and travel packages to support planning.
• Provide excellent customer service by phone, email, and online platforms.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and support business growth.
