Unique Escapes is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Business Sales Operations Coordinator to support daily sales operations, client campaigns, follow-up, booking administration, and business workflows. This is a remote role for individuals who excel in organization and communication while helping a growing travel brand run smoothly.

You will manage leads and inquiries, maintain client records, prepare quotes, and coordinate between clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable learning web-based travel, CRM, email marketing, and booking tools.
• Reli­able high-speed internet and a dedicated remote workspace.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet deadlines.
• Customer service, administrative, sales support, hospitality, or travel-industry experience advantageous but not required
• Interest in travel, luxury travel, cruises, resorts, and destination planning is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support the sales process by managing leads, inquiries, and follow-up communications.
• Maintain accurate client records, booking details, and sales documentation.
• Prepare travel quotes, itineraries, and reservation summaries using approved travel tools.
• Coordinate communication between clients, travel suppliers, and internal team members.
• Track bookings, payments, deadlines, and outstanding client requests.
• Create and maintain organized spreadsheets, reports, and standard operating procedures.
• Assist with email marketing, social media content, and client relationship follow-up.
• Research destinations, hotels, cruises, and travel packages to support client planning.
• Provide excellent, professional customer service by phone, email, and online platforms.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and support business growth.
